Service Description
These sessions at the exclusive Fox Social Club are the perfect way to celebrate love with high-quality images you will look back on for years to come. Whether you are celebrating a love for yourself, a partner, or a best friend, these sessions are an incredible opportunity to experience the most luxurious hidden gem in Farmville! In each 20-minute portrait session we will explore this gorgeous speakeasy-styled venue and capture unique photos that will make you the talk of the town. A limited amount of spots ensures a quick turnaround time of 1-2 weeks! Also included in each session is your choice of the following: Up to two cocktail beverages OR One bottle of champagne OR Up to two mocktail beverages
Cancellation Policy
We are obsessed with client satisfaction, so please know we will do our best to keep everyone safe and happy with their experience as well as their images! WEATHER: Since these shoots will take place indoors, they will be only be weather-dependent if winter weather is in the forecast. In the event of snow, your safety is first and foremost. In most cases we will do our best to communicate any weather-related rescheduling decisions at least 24 hours in advance, but weather is unpredictable so in some instances there may be shorter notice. Â RESCHEDULING: We understand how life can be unpredictable at times- weather, illness, kids' sporting events- things pop up and we can completely empathize with you! This is why we allow you to reschedule your shoot up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds or complete cancellations, but we will do everything in our power to reschedule and make sure we capture the images of your dreams! Please note that we work hard to secure fun and interesting locations for our sessions, so it may not be possible to re-book with the same location if you have booked a location-specific session. TIMELINESS: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your session, as we do not want to waste a single moment. It's possible that we may have another session booked immediately after your session which will not leave room for any flexibility. Sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled due to lateness, but you are welcome to book an additional future session at full price. SHOOT PREPARATION: Please be sure to have all makeup and hair ready to go at the start of your shoot. Time is precious, and planning in advance will be the key to ensuring that we capture as many incredible shots as possible!
