ABOUT LARABELLE

Have you ever found a passion that lights up your soul and gets you out of bed in the morning even when you are exhausted? For Larabelle, that passion is photography.

While her years of experience with high-pressure fashion sessions in New York City have honed her technical understanding of the camera, more importantly she understands what it takes to get the "magic shot". It's not just the perfect light or the right angle- the secret to an incredible headshot is confidence. 

​

Larabelle specializes in bringing out the confidence of those she works with, so she can go beyond the fake smiles and bring out the true qualities of her clients. As a body-positive photographer, playing a role in shaping the way plus-size women view their bodies is one of her proudest achievements, and her viral work with model Anna O'Brien in 2018 will always have a special place in her heart.

Now that Larabelle lives in Crewe, Virginia (thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic that sent her back to her home state to reconnect with a childhood friend and marry him...) she is passionate about working with anyone who loves fashion, needs small business content, or has a family story to tell.
