Cancellation Policy

We are obsessed with client satisfaction, so please know we will do our best to keep everyone safe and happy with their experience as well as their images! WEATHER: Since this shoot takes place outdoors with natural lighting, it will be weather-dependent. In the event of rain or snow, your safety is first and foremost and we will reschedule to a tentative date of May 24th. In most cases we will do our best to communicate any weather-related rescheduling decisions at least 24 hours in advance, but weather is unpredictable so in some instances there may be shorter notice.   RESCHEDULING: We understand how life can be unpredictable at times- weather, illness, kids' sporting events- things pop up and we can completely empathize with you! Since this event is unique and not able to be rescheduled, we will not be able to refund you or cancel your booking, but we will allow you to transfer your shoot to a friend. Just let us know the names, contact information, and number of participants who will be joining us in the party you will be transferring your session to. In the event that they need to purchase additional flower crowns, we will send an email to collect their payment. TIMELINESS: Please arrive on time for the 3pm workshop, and plan to stay until 6pm. We may take a few candids during the flower crown creation process, but the photo sessions will truly begin once the crowns have been completed. We will give priority for the earliest photo sessions to those with the youngest children, so thank you in advance for your patience when your flower crown has been completed. Sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled due to lateness. SHOOT PREPARATION: Please be sure to have all makeup and hair ready to go at the start of your shoot. Time is precious, and planning in advance will be the key to ensuring that we capture as many incredible shots as possible!
