Service Description
Our affordable mini sessions are a great way to create memories to look back on or update your professional branding content! Mini Sessions include a 30-minute shoot and you will receive 20-30 naturally edited digital images in an online gallery. Our locations for mini sessions vary, so please note the location before booking. Most are located outdoors and will be weather dependent, so we will reschedule in the event of inclement weather. Due to the affordability of our sessions, refunds and cancellations are not allowed, but we will make every effort to reschedule your session. We put a lot of effort into securing fun, interesting locations for our mini sessions, so please note that a rescheduled mini session may require booking at a different location if the original location is unavailable. We are obsessed with client satisfaction, so we will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your photos and your mini session location!
Cancellation Policy
We are obsessed with client satisfaction, so please know we will do our best to keep everyone safe and happy with their experience as well as their images! WEATHER: Since most of our shoots take place outdoors for natural lighting, they will be weather-dependent. In the event of rain or snow, your safety is first and foremost. In some cases of light rain we may offer to turn your shoot into a rainy day session, where you bring an umbrella and we go with the flow! If you are not a fan of that idea, we will absolutely reschedule your shoot. If there are thunderstorms in the forecast, we will also reschedule the shoot because we do not mess around with lightning! In most cases we will do our best to communicate any weather-related rescheduling decisions at least 24 hours in advance, but weather is unpredictable so in some instances there may be shorter notice. Â RESCHEDULING: We understand how life can be unpredictable at times- weather, illness, kids' sporting events- things pop up and we can completely empathize with you! This is why we allow you to reschedule your shoot up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds or complete cancellations, but we will do everything in our power to reschedule and make sure we capture the images of your dreams! Please note that we work hard to secure fun and interesting locations for our mini sessions, so it may not be possible to re-book with the same location if you have booked a location-specific mini session. TIMELINESS: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your session, as we do not want to waste a single moment. It's possible that we may have another session booked immediately after your session which will not leave room for any flexibility. Sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled due to lateness, but you are welcome to book an additional future session at full price. SHOOT PREPARATION: Please be sure to have all makeup and hair ready to go at the start of your shoot. Time is precious, and planning in advance will be the key to ensuring that we capture as many incredible shots as possible!
